• We recognize that outbound / Outdoor is potent learning methodology. A means, not an end in itself. Hence, it needs to be designed to align with organization goals, business context and the specific learning goals / outcomes expected.
• We collaborate closely with clients at every stage of the program – Needs Assessment, Program Design, Program Delivery and daily reviews to ensure learning and connect back to work place issues.
• Outbound / Outdoor activities are judiciously selected and designed to
  • Create a common, shared; “Here and now” experience that everyone relates to. This makes it easier for facilitators to engage the participants in effective discussion and reflection.
  • Use them in a way that aligns / simulates the “business issues” and behavioural aspects participants deal with in their real-life work situations.
  • Promote awareness, engage participants in deep reflection / insight and enhance is willingness to change.
  • Ensure they are enjoyable and fun but don’t cross the line where they become entertaining rather than important learning events.
